Some users reported that the “Intelligent Diagnostics” on the Autel MaxiSys Ultra/Ultra Lite/MS909/MS919 series is missing. Here is the clue.
The “Intelligent Diagnostics” function now is changed to “Vehicle Data” on Ultra/MS909 seirse tablets. For device manufacturer after year 2024, there will only be only “Vehicle Data” option.
New devices won’t have it. Old devices still have it.
If the “Vehicle Data” button is gray, here is the possible reason.
The function is limited to specified vehicle model and area.
How to know if I can use Vehicle Data function?
1. At present, this function is limited to Autel ID and device login IP are either in the US or Canada(excluding Mexico).
2. The function is limited to the following models:
Acura, Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Eagle, Fiat, Genesis, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Ram, Smart, Subaru, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Volvo.
No supported models: Ford, Mazda, Mercury, Toyota, Lexus, Scion, etc.
Otherwise this option will be grey.
