Programming method: by dump
Step 1: Read Dump
The immobilizer data in this model is stored in cluster instrument but not ECU.
Remove cluster and locate IC chip 25LC160
Remove chip 25160 and read data by vvdi prog programmer
Save dump.
Step 2: Write key
1)
Try to upload dump to VVDI2 Immo data tool, it failed to write key and gave error “unknown version”
2)
This time try to upload dump to TM100 to write key, failed me again. It cannot recognize file.
3)
Try to use Tango transponder programmer. You should have motorcycle 25160 software license (100 euro) activated before write key.
Tango successfully loaded bin file and identified number of keys programmed.
Choose an unused key position and write key success
It require to write new key data back to cluster using programmer.
Done.
