Problem:
Try to update and download software for VDM UCANDAS Wireless Automotive Diagnosis System, all software are successfully downloaded except Audi model. Meanwhile the VDM system display message:
“Certain program download failed, please try to select only this and download”

Solution:
Clear your browser’s cache, delete the previous Audi folder, download the Audi software again.
