It’s a blade key. Program key with Autel IM508+ OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3.
Need to disassemble the hands free module and read 28-digit pin code by reading HFM dump using APB131 adapter.
Autel removed Renault/Dacia AKL function. So use OBDSTAR to make key.
Manually input 28-digit pin code read by Autel and program key successfully
