Connect EDC17 ECU with Autel IM508 via Gbox or 3rd party EDC17 adapter from ebay/aliexpress.
Read VIN and select model, here it’s Europe Golf 2009-2014
Select Control Unit->Engine->Bosch EDC17 Engine-> Read IMMO data in direct mode.
This ECU is read in direct mode. Make sure you have set up the connection. Then press Read to read IMMO data.
