OBD Read VAG EDC17CP20 Car Not Start Solution

Here comes a similar problem:

Car information:

VW PASSAT B6 2.0TDI
0281015131
03L907309B
1037563604
EDC17CP20

Read this car with foxflash tool by OBD. And when write with dpf off it put the ecu in program mode and stop ( fans work all time when ignition on) and still survive with connection but car not start ( engine not turn).

I make full flash with original file backup which I get from the internet and wrote it to the ecu (in boot mode ) but still the same ( program mode active and no start). Any solution?

Possible reason:

After interrupting the recording on the diagnostic connector, the control unit fell into protection. Even if you write down the original file, the machine will not start. You need to calculate the full contents of the block in the download mode on the table.

Here is the solution for those who read EDCP17CP20 by OBD but car not start.

You have to flash it with odis-E & FRF FILE.

Feedback:

The problem was solved with ODIS-E and Flashing FRF file.

FYI:

Better read/write EDC17CP20 on boot mode instead of OBD.  if you do it in boot you have full backup.
