Problem:
Tried to program 2023 Toyota FORTUNER all smart key lost using Autel IM508S. Backed up immo data successfully, but failed to obtain Critical data.
Error “Failed to obtain critical data and failed to generate simulator key.”
Any idea?
Solution:
Check your internet quality; you need good internet.
Internet is usually the enemy on most things.
Backup immo data again and try generate.
Solution 2:
Had the same problem with eeprom desoldered and read from the smart module.
Solution 3:
End up using Lonsdor K518 Pro.
LONSDOR PRO is the way to go.
Done in 10 minutes by OBD.
