How to boot glitch unlock 2020.06- encrypted Bosch MD1CS089 ECU with CG FC200 ecu programmer?
If it is an encrypted BMW B48/B58 MDG1 ECU, CG FC200 will unlock ECU on bench mode using the dedicated DB15 cable.
For other encrypted ECUs, you also need the Boot glitch DME unlock adapter.
ECU example: 2022 Isuzu Bosch MD1CS089
Tools used:
CG FC200 programmer
DME unlock Boot glitch adapter
Select Locked Bosch MD1CS089 TC299 Isuzu ECU.
Check wiring diagram.
Remove and disassemble ECU. Need to remove a resistor.
Connect ECU with new DB15 cable.
GPT-1
2x 12V
CAN-H
CAN-L
GND
Connect new DB15 cable with DME Lock adapter and FC200.
Connect 12V power supply to the FC200 programmer.
Identify and unlock ECU.
Then read and write ECU.
