In sum:
Launch X431 V/V+/Pro3s+ with x-prog3 will do German brands immobilizer only. Bluetooth tablets cannot do ECU/TCU cloning.
Launch X431 Pro5/PAD V/PAD VII with x-prog3 will do German brand immo and ECU/TCU cloning. It cannot do keys for other brands.
Launch X431 IMMO Plus and IMMO Elite will do all they can do. If you really want to “do keys” then you should look at the IMMO tablet and not the PAD VII with add on Xprog3.
