Q: KT200 full cannot read ID and flash on Mercedes Temic PLD ECU. Mine is 2018 year, same with EU5. Power use Battery 12+ power supply. Any solution?
Solution:
Only 24V, 12v won’t read/write.
YOU must have extra switch (from MPC red to switch) to ignition, for switching operations (don’t use MPC red switch)
Work 100%.

OBD cable on truck
Procedure:
After making the connections as below, power up via +24V battery, start the KT200 software and select the same driver:
