2018 and newer Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Fiat now have a secure gateway module or SGM. This SGM will not allow your scan tool to do bidirectional controls on the vehicle.
Autel has provided a cable to bypass the SGM.

Use an AUTEL to BYPASS the SGM on a 2018+ Chrysler
Connection:
1.Locate and unplug the 12pin and 8PIN connectors of the SGW module.
2.Then connect the FCA 12+8 directly to the 12pin and 8pin (two connectors connected to the SGW) connector on the car.
3.At this point, normal communication with the car can be achieved.
