Here comes the error when using thinkdiag interface with Diagzone app.
Error “Device is has locked main chip. It is not possible to work as PRO”
As indicated, your thinkdiag dongle is locked. Get a new thinkdiag instead.
You are using the wrong thinkdiag hardware.
Thinkdiag new boot (Item #SC511-C) only works with thinkdiag app (full brands)
Only the thinkdiag old boot (Item #SC511-B) is compatible with Diagzone application.
