UPA USB programmer has released to 2014 V1.3.014 version (green color). One of the new UPA USB user reported that he came across communication error during software installation procedure.
Problem:
I managed to install V1.3.014 UPA USB software into a Win 7 professional laptop, the UPA is installed but when I connect UPA USB serial programmer with laptop, the software left me an error message:
“No programmers connected to the USB Module”

Possible reason:
The UPA USB V1.3.014 software is not compatible with Win 7 operating system.
Solution:
Change another laptop running Win XP mode and re-install the UPA USB software follow the video instruction:
