Read and write Hyundai/Kia Bosch ME17.9.11 ECU, IMMO OFF with CG FC200 successfully.
Model example: Hyundai i30 me17.9.11 TC1766
Operation mode: Boot mode.
Step 1: Read Password
Disassemble and open ECU.
In CG FC200 ECU, select Hyundai i30 Bosch ME17.9.11 TC1766 ECU- Boot mode.
Check boot mode wiring diagram.
Connect ECU with FC200 according to the boot pinout.
Identify ECU first.
Then choose Read password function.
Select type Kia/Hyundai TPROT8+.
Read and save password.
Step 2: Read Dflash & Pflash
Read Dflash.
FC200 will ask for a 16-digit password to access.
Upload original Dflash file or password file to continue reading Dflash.
Read and save Dflash.
Then start reading Pflash.
Again upload original Pflash or password file to continue reading Pflash.
Read and save Pflash data.
Step 3: Make IMMO OFF File
Modify immo off file using IMMO Doctor, ECUDesk or other ECU tuning programs.
Upload original Pflash data read by FC200 then make IMMO OFF file, then save.
Step 4: Write ECU
Write immo off file to ECU.
Select Write PFLASH. Then upload immo off file.
Do checksum correction with FC200.
Again upload password file to write PFLASH.
Write immo off file successfully.
Done.
Reinstall ECU back to vehicle.
