Here we will show how to add/copy a spare BMW G chassis BDC3 key using Yanhua Mini ACDP step-by-syep.
Requirement:
Yanhua Mini ACDP2/ACDP1 host
Module 38 license
BMW BDC3/BCP ICP interface board
Update ACDP app or PC software to latest version
- ACDP1 App 1.0.64 or higher
- ACDP2 App 2.0.8 or higher
- PC software 3.0.141 or higher
- iOS App must be updated to 3.6.4 and newer.
Procedure:
Remove the key’s rear cover and verify that it is a BMW BDC3 key for G chassis manufactured between 2020 and 2024 in Hungary.

Open ACDPII App, go to BMW- BDC3/BCP ICP Copy Key function.
Click Special function.
Identify key info by BAV adapter.
Connect the ACDP to the BAV key adapter properly.
Place the original car key into the BAV-key adapter.
Read and save key data.
Go to the previous step.
Click Help for G-BDC3.
Connect the original BDC3 car key, the BDC3 ICP interface board and ACDP properly.

Select G-BDC3 function.
Read original key data and verify the original car key information is correct.
Hit OK to continue.
Back up the key data.
Pay attention to the file path, date, time, VIN and key ID.
The file must end with “.bin” extension.
Read key data finish.
Replace the original car key with a blank new key.
Select Write New Key Data function.
NOTE:
Do not connect the original car key, as this may erase its data.
Confirm if it is a new blank key.
Select original key data.
Verify the info of the selected original car key is correct.
Write key data finish.
Replace the BDC3 key ICP interface board with the BAV-key adapter.
Place the copied new key into the BAV-key adapter.
Go to Special function- Idenfity key info again.
Verify the information of the newly copied BDC3 key matched that of the original car key.
