Good news! Xhorse Multi Prog will also read Nissan HFM immobilizer box RH850 on some latest models (i.e 2021 Nissan Sentra) with the RH850/V850 adapter.
The module is under the driver’s side dash.

Quick search R7F701019 (select Nissan IMMO (R7F701019))
Check the wiring diagram. To read this module, you will need to use MQB RH850-V850 adapter for multi prog.
Connect the IMMO box with rh850 adapter and multi prog follow the wiring diagram.
Read immo rh850 data successfully.
How to get password from file?
The programmer does not extract the file for the password, this file is needed in case of replacing the broken one with a donor.
Load file to Autel and key tool plus, load it thru the dump it does not read password.
You cannot load file to Autel or key tool plus to pull pin code.
But you can send data to Xhorse engineer to calculate pin code manually.
