Problem:
I try to connect BMW EDC16cp35 ECU with OBDSTAR DC706 with P003 adapter but is impossible.
Check wiring diagram many times
On diagram I have this – Kline on 4 pin. In description pin 8. I try both. no work.
DC706 doesn’t read/write the internal flash. Failed to clone ecu.
Any solution?
Solution:
On the DC706 it says to use both MP001 and P003+ adapters.
The function is only supported by P003+ adapter and MP001 programmer.
This is the MP001 programmer (coming soon).
mp001 is multifunction programmer which can replace part of p001+ full p002+full p003 /p003+.
P003+ is updated version for P003.

Standalone:
Read/Write/Clone EEPROM, MCU, ECU for cars, motorcycles and marines.
Works with P002 adapter:
Toyota/Ford All keys lost
Honda/Yamaha/Suzuki All keys lost
Works with P003 adapter:
Switch Kline and CAN BUS between part of engine ECUs, gearbox TCUs
