How to Change Mercedes Sprinter W906 Speed Limit with Autel IM608?

Go through maximum speed limit change on a Mercedes Sprinter w906 2013 with autel maxim im608. mk908p ms908p Ms906 all work fine.

Note: We gonna set this to an emergency vehicle, because emergency vehicles by EU don’t have a set speed limit.  For Other Mercedes or other regions, better change Vmax with MB specific scanner MB SD C4 with Vediamo or DTS Monaco.

Go to Normal Diagnostics- Engineer Mode 

Choose Control unit adaptations in function menu –Maximum vehicle speed limit 

Now the Vmax was set at 92km/h by the factory

Confirm the maximum speed limitation as pro EU Directives

Vehicle data are being read.

Select vehicle type: Rescure vehicles, police or government vehicles

Vmax speed was set to 161km/h by the factory 

Set the speed limit and test man as you wish

Check again

Now the speed limit has been changed to 161km/h.
