00:06-00:11: Use USB cable to connect XP400 to Autel IM608.

 

00:13 -00:46: Tap “Programmer -> “Version Information” -> “Key” -> “Key read & write” -> Insert a BMW key into the hole of XP400 -> Automatic selection.

 

00:48 – 00:54: tap “Key ID”.

 

00:56: Tap “Read key information”.

 

01:22 -01:40: Tap “Remote detection” -> “Frequency detection”.

 

 

Use Autel MaxiIM IM608 & MaxiFlash JVCI to diagnose BMW X1 F49 2017


 

00:00 -00:23: Use OBDII cable to connect MaxiFlash JVCI J2534 Reprogrammer to the BMW OBD2 port. Wait until the Power indicator lights up green.

 

00:23 -00:26: The Communication indicator lights up blue (which means J2534 box is connected with IM608 successfully.

 

00:27 – 00:30: Tap “Diagnostics”, search “BMW” -> Accept.

 

00:35- 00:48: Tap “Automatic Selection”.

 

00:49 -01:11 : Confirm vehicle information.

 

01:12 -01:16 : The car indicator of J2534 box turn green (when communicating with the car) and turn off (after reading the car successfully).

 

01:19 -01:42 : Tap “Diagnostic” -> Auto Scan -> DME,ABS… ->

 

01:42 – 02:39: Tap “BDC” -> Read codes ->

 

 

Use Autel IM608 & XP400 to read / write EEPROM


 

00:00 -00:02: Use Autel IM608 & XP400 to read / write EEPROM.

 

00:06 -00:14: Insert the EEPROM adapter into the XP400.

 

00:14 – 00:28: Tap “Programmer” -> Chip (EEPROM, MCU, ECU) – > Chip read & write -> EEPROM -> ATMEL -> AT93C46 -> EEPROM.

 

00:29 – 00:40: Tap “Read” -> Save.

 

00:41 – 00:51: Tap “Write”, it will be soon written successfully.
