Can I install V2016.05 EKTA 7.5 Electronic Parts Catalog for VAG VW/Audi/Sokoda/Seat on Windows XP or Windows 7 64-bit operating system? Sorry, you cannot install ETKA on 64-bit O/S.
How to install ETKA 7.5 Electronic catalogue on Windows XP 32-bit?
(Note: Do not install ETKA on 64-bit O/S, otherwise it will refuse to work)
Download the “EKTA 7.5 install” zip file, unzip the file to D:\ (MUST unzip to D:\, file will not run on other disks)
1. Click on QQ:1
Select English in the diaglog box,click on Next until it is done
2. Copy LEXHDL5.DLL to c:\windows\system
3. Click on “Emulator”
(Click on first option,install…)
4. Copy and paste “ETKA 7.5 2016” to desktop
Double-click ETKA 7.5 2016 desktop shortcut to run software
Installation complete
Note:
MSVCR100.DLL is the default library file of vs2010 compiled program. Just install vcredist_x86.exe
to fix.
