Problem:
It’s a Toyota Harrier with 8A BA smart key. I tried to unlock a xp400 pro with AUTEL IM608 but its not supported.
Board number is 231451-3014.
Can these be unlocked or renewed?
Solution:
This 8A BA key cannot be unlocked by Autel.
Method 1: Unlock 8A BA smart key
Lonsdor K518 Pro will unlock 8A BA smart key.
Menu path: Special funcions- Unlock key- Toyota smart key- 8A.

Method 2: program a second-hand key without unlocking
Either you have to use a brand-new key or use the special method that is available in tools like Keydiy KD-X4 to program a second-hand key.
For each key, these tools take around USD 5 for a special programming method.
