Topdon Rlink X7 and Rlink Lite are compatible with Roewe VDS2 OEM software. Here we will show how to set up Rlink with VDS2 software.
NOTE:
Rlink X7 requires Roewe license activation (contact us for license activation). Rlink Lite is full licensed.
Rlink J2534 green dongle is not compatible with VDS2 software.
Procedure:
Download and install Rlink Platform driver from Topdon official website (CHECK HERE).
Connect Rlink device with laptop and vehicle.
Run Rlink Platform driver.
If the connection is normal, it will display that both the vehicle and the device are connected.
Click Driver Management– Driver Info.
Check whether the Roewe driver is downloaded.
If not, click the corresponding driver to download it.
The driver has been downloaded.
After the driver download is complete, click on the Roewe driver and select the Rlink mode.
Run VDS2 software and log in with the relevant account.
Select vehicle information and start diagnosis.
