Problem:
Failed to clone zf 6hp26 transmission module from a 2014 Mustang with the obdstar dc706 on bench mode. Any idea?
Solution:
Ford Mustang 6HP tcm is simply a conducter plate and doesn’t have a mother bord on it. so no programming required. Just plug and play.
We just changed one of 2012 mustang and it’s only plate does not have module.
That module, you don’t need to clone it, just install a new one and that’s it, no need to reprogram or anything, but if you’re going to change the valve box, if you have to reprogram the codes, but you’re not going to be able to do it more than with a dealer scanner.
