Problem:
When I run Kess V2 v4.036 Ksuite V2.22 software on Win XP Dell laptop, it can not communicate, computer did not detect the USB, Kess gave me error ”Connection not established” see error screen shots below:

Please replace the Resistance USB UL46 protection chip on Kess V2 4.036 PCB circuit board.
