As titled, here comes the Topdon ONE series diagnostic scanners VCI compatible OEM programming software list:
Topdon ONE (with gray VCI), ONE Lite (with green VCI), and ONE Plus (with Blue VCI) have the same J2534 VCI. Only color difference.

Topdon ONE VCI vs Rlink J2534
Rlink J2534 supports more protocols than ONE VCI including DoIP. Topdon ONE VCI does not support DoIP protocol.
Volvo, GM, Benz, BMW, VAG, Nissan, JLR DoIP system diagnostics are not supported by ONE VCI when used with OEM software.
Topdon ONE VCI vs Rlink LITE
Rlink LITE supports more protocols and more OE brands. Rlink LITE supports JLR Topix, BMW, Benz OE programming, ONE VCI does not.
Rlink LITE also supports super remote diagnosis feature, ONE VCI does not.
