Problem:
2022 Dodge Promaster while attempting to program a new key using Autel KM100 & 12+8 bypass the dongle was accidentally disconnected during PIN read.
After vehicle no longer starts, hazards won’t turn on, door locks don’t work, have codes related to RF hub stored in BCM for message missing.
I can talk to the RF, but there’s a bunch of missing configurations, no tpms data, no keys.
Restore configuration and proximity align using witech unsuccessful i get “null response” from Rf hub.
Is there any way to recover it?
Solution 1:
Try to do a hard reset. Unplug the grey connector in fuse box should reset it.
Disconnect the grey connector behind the small panel by the left knee. It’s the BCM. This resets the BCM and no need to disconnect the battery. Unplug and plug back in and all is good.
Solution 2:
Use mopa software intilize system then you can use autel to finish the job.
Solution 2:
Program a new rf in and it was fine.
