How to deal with a 2014-2020 Aygo/C1/107/108 all keys lost situation?
The Toyota Aygo, Citroën C1, and Peugeot 107/108 are a closely related trio of city cars developed as a joint venture.
If Toyota Aygo/C1/108 is an all keys lost situation, facing the proposition of removing the dashboard to access the immo box.
All these models you have to remove the whole dash to programme a key if there all lost.
Door locking module and Immo box is behind the clocks and dashboard on RHD.
Here is immobilizer location.
Just pop plastic up behind cluster and press the plastic plate hiding the immobilizer down).
The top of the dashboard must be removed to access the immobilizer box and retrieve the EEPROM data.
How to program all keys lost?
Keyway: Toy48
Pick with lishi or read wafers after disassembling lock.
Remove Immobilizer.
Read immo data with Autel Gbox.
Simulate master key.
Then learn key with Autel KM100.
This method doesn’t need to disassemble the immo box, which saves more time.
You can also disassemble the immo box, read eeprom with vvdi prog and load in Tango to write key.
If aftermarket chip 4D70 works on Toyota Aygo all Key Lost, which chip to use?
Xhorse super chip XT27A and VVDI2 don’t work on that immo box Aygo/Peugeot 108/107 /Citroën C1.
XT27 generates as 4D70 don’t work ! ! Only original 4D70 with Tango.
Read eeprom, load in Tango.
On Tango you can code it under Aygo/ Peugeot 108/107 or Citroën C1 , but only on an original 4D70.
Use Aygo key from the junkyard. Code it on Tango and then clone it to a XT27 so you can keep your original key for the next job .
