It’s a Nissan Rogue 2025, all keys have lost. Autel IM608 failed to program key (with 40 pin BCM cable attached).
Didn’t read 28-digit pin code from HFM with apb131 adapter.
Job done under 5 minutes with Topdon Rlink.
Consult3 with Topdon Rlink X7 got the job done.
Programmed Autel Nissan style ikey.
Xhorse, Londsor also have Nissan universal smart keys. They all work fine. Proximity functions work for all the keys.
So the “incorrect theory” for newer Nissan is wrong.

Just added two new keys for the 2026 Nissan Rogue.
Autel with 40-PIN cable – failed. (on the 2024 model it worked)
Xhorse Key Tool Max Pro with 40-PIN cable (XDKP91GL) – asked a 3rd party for a rolling code.
Finally got a special version of Consult III and it worked! Used Topdon RLink as the interface.
