Here comes a similar problem with OBDSTAR DC706/X300 Classic G3:
Keep getting server error (-1002) when performing IMMO OFF and checksum on different ECUs. Have tested different networks (Wi-Fi, mobile 4G/5G, and wired connection) – the issue is exactly the same.
Here are the troubleshooting tips:
It can be their server issue or network issue.
Do a Network Test on the tool to check if there is a problem with network connection.
If you cannot pass network test, try connecting to 2.4ghz wifi network and it will resolve the issue.
If there is no problem with network test. They have its server issue.
Repeat the operation for 2 to 3 times with the same network.
If all is not working, report your issue to OBDSTAR technician.
