Some users reported that they got the OBDSTAR DC706 full configuration but only ECM car software icon appears in the menu. It doesn’t come out bcm, tcm or motorcycle.

You have to register DC706 first. Check: How to register OBDSTAR DC706
Then go to Download, download BCM, ECM motorcycle and TCM software.
Make sure these software are downloaded completely.
