Problem:
The Launch X-prog3 PC adapter is not working at the moment. It was bound to a Windows PC, but the PC is damaged.
Change to another laptop, but it says the product has been registered.
Solution:
Each X-prog3 PC adapter is bound to 1 PC ONLY.
If you switch to a new Windows PC and your adapter shows ‘product registered’, please contact your dealer with the serial number to unbind it from the original computer first.
Then activate PC adapter again.
