Pro Elite/ProS Elite is a tablet with USB connection. They don’t have DBScar and will not work with DBscar VII Bluetooth adapter.
How to Connect Launch X431 Pro Elite/Pros Elite with X-prog3?
There is a USB to OBD converter in x-prog3 package.
Connect one end with tablet and another end with vehicle via OBD (shown image below)
