If your GM DPS 4.52 software had an error IECS certificate expired, here is the working solution.
Error “The IECS certificate you selected was expired. DPS has not detected a valid certificate”

Step 1: Install certificate.
Go to Help tab->Installation->Install Certificate.
Install the certificate from DPS software folder.
Step 2:
DPS 4.52.2000 license valid in 04/2024. So you have to change the computer date/time to before April 2024.
