Here comes the problem:
I am having problems with my Alientech kess3 software I cannot connect, subscription expired.
Error “There was a problem connecting the tool”
Solution:
If the subscription is expired you can still use it you won’t have updates compared to flex. You can still use the existing activated protocols.
Restart ksuite, if not change usb cable, if not power the tool with obd or power supply adapter.
In most cases, try another usb cable. The problem will be solved.
