Mazda IDS diagnostic software V132 was tested working fine with VNCI MF J2534 scanner (the Blue dongle).
The license here is for the VNCI MF J2534 only.
If need to work with vxdiag, vcm2 clone, mvci, godiag etc, you need to find license yourself.
Ford IDS remains V131.
