Here comes the working solution to Autel MaxiIM IM508 or IM608 network problems, including
1) Network busy, try again later
2) Failed to obtain the server addresses, Error code 10008
Cause:
1).
Either the server to update is too busy or you don’t have a clean connection to the internet. Just keep hitting the OK and RETRY buttons check if it will work.
2).
If not working, it might be DNS failure, check your DNS settings.
The DNS domain IP address is not allowing it to access autel server.
Solution:
To fix DNS failure problem. You can do as follows:
1. Go to Autel Maxiim IM608 system settings:
Long press the connected network and Click “Modify network”
2..Check the advanced option, select “Static”
3.Change DNS 1 IP address to 8:8:8:8 which is google server by default
4. Click “Save” to save the setting
After that, Autel IM608 will connect to the Autel update server normally and you can download the update normally now.
