is it possible to use Carprog 8.21 online version to program a new VAG NEC key? My car is Seat Ibiza with ID48 CAN

Yes. I have used Carprog 8.21 clone for it. Success!
Most said Carprog clone is good at airbag reset and EEPROM functions. But actually, we can try it for others (immo, dash, radio code, odometer…), if we have the luck.
Here is it. Seat Ibiza NEC key programming, using Carprog v8.21 from China.
Run Carprog sw
Go to Seat-> Seat 2009> ONLINE DIAG V0.2
Read Immo
Go to IMMO-> VAG NEC KEY V1.0
Init…
If Carprog error pops up: Transponder signal is too low, click on OK and Init again
Init success. Go to Write
Init again..open Key 5 bin file
Write key to immo file, Key 6- NOT USED, Save data
Go to Seat-> Seat 2009> ONLINE DIAG V0.2
Open Key 6 bin file & write immo
Read immo
So, write immo successfully
That is, Carprog 8.21 clone can program a new ID48 key to Seat Ibiza
Within $100, add a key
