One of our customer feedback that hooked up Toyota Denso Intelligent diagnostic Tester 2 to diagnose cars, the device only displayed half screen and cannot see the content on the right screen, shown as picture.
Possible reason:
The intelligent tester IT2 is designed with single screen which is fragile and easy to be broken when installing it. Besides, the cables and connecters inside are complex. Few of customers can install it correctly.
Obd365 engineer has dissembled the tester’s motherboard to find out the error. It is no difficult to figure out that the fat cable was cracked.
Solution:
Take the Toyota tester 2 diagnostic kit to the local repair shop (no need to send back the device to our factory) to get the flat cable soldered/welded.
