Here is the instruction on programming Volvo XC90 new key when all key lost using Xprog-M ECU programming tool and ikeycutter Condor XC-Mini key cutting machine.
Main steps:
1. Read Volvo XC90 EEPROM 93C86 via Xprog-M
2. Cut and copy XC90 new key with Condor XC-Mini
Instruction:
1. Read Volvo XC90 EEPROM 93C86 via Xprog M
1) Open Xprog M 5.0 version software
Select EEPROM 93C86.
Follow the diagram to solder and connect cables
Click “Read”
Read data completed
Save data to desktop or a certain folder
2) Open Xprog M software, and click “EEPROM”
Select EEPROM 93C86, then click “OK”.
Open and load the data file just saved
Open “File”… Click “Open”.
Click “Write”.
Select “YES”.
Write data completed
2. Cut and copy Volvo XC90 key with Condor XC-Mini
Well, here go to key copy. Select “Key Copy”
Select “VOLVO”, press Yes
Select “XC90” model, press Yes
Install M2 clamp
We are learning how to do all key lost. Select “Key learning”
Click the enter button to continue. Click “Yes”
Learning key is finished
Now we change the old key, insert a new key
Select “Direct Processing”
Condor XC-MINI key cutting machine start cutting Volvo new key
Done
Test the new cut key
